Humane’s Ai Pin: A Mystery in Progress
Humane, a company started by ex-Apple employees and known for its commitment to AI-first and post-smartphone innovations, announced that its first gadget will be the Humane Ai Pin. Powered by “an advanced Snapdragon platform” developed in collaboration with Qualcomm, the Ai Pin is set to launch later this year.

An Unclear Glimpse at Ai Pin
During a TED conference in April, co-founder Imran Chaudhri displayed a device which is assumed to be the Pin. The demonstration involved using it as a voice assistant, making phone calls, receiving automated summaries of his day, scanning food items for nutrition information, and projecting a small green screen onto his hand. But the demo raised more questions than answers, with attendees questioning how the device managed certain tasks without explicit instructions.
